The hummingbird is the symbol behind Ana Ramirez Design—a reminder that even the smallest details can create a meaningful impact. Inspired by my Mexican heritage and the ancient symbolism of the hummingbird as a representation of creativity, resilience, and transformation, I bring the same intention and care into every design project.
As a graphic designer and a visual storyteller based in Markham, serving Toronto and clients across Canada, I create thoughtful brand identities, websites, publications, illustrations, and marketing materials that help organizations communicate their stories and connect with their audiences.

Culture & Purpose
At Ana Ramirez Design, we are grateful to live and work on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Huron-Wendat Peoples, which are covered by the Upper Canada Treaties.
As a Mexican-Canadian, I recognize my responsibility to acknowledge the history of these lands and to care for them in the spirit of peace, respect, and friendship. I honour the Indigenous Peoples' enduring relationship with this land and recognize their role as its original stewards and caretakers. I also honour my Mexican ancestors, whose resilience, traditions, artistry, and cultural heritage continue to inspire my creative work and shape the values that guide Ana Ramirez Design.
