Power Flow Movement is where we develop and share mindfulness, meditation and grounding practices to live our life at its fullest potential with compassion, patience, consistency and love.
Mindfulness is the act of paying attention, on purpose, to all elements of our experience with an attitude of open acceptance, non-judgmental and compassion. There are two types of mindfulness practice:
Mindfulness formal practice includes body scan, sitting mediation and mindful movement.
Mindfulness informal practice is paying attention to an everyday activity with fresh eyes, as if you were doing it for the first time.

Peace Yoga Class for Ukraine
Join us for a peaceful inspired yoga class to help raise funds and support UNICEF’s Ukraine Emergency Fund.
This virtual offering is designed to explore pathways to find inner peace and healing within ourselves.
This is a donation-based community offering. 100% of the donations will go directly to UNICEF’s Ukraine Emergency Fund.
